Trailer Mounted Water Jetting Machines
Our trailer mounted water jetting machines can be manufactured to your specifications and conform to European road regulations. All our trailer mounted jetting units include anti-vibration mounts, water filters, boost pump, control panels and mechanical over run brakes. Typical Performance on
our trailer mounted water jetting machines range from pressures of 100bar (1,450psi) to 2,800bar (40,500psi). Flow rates can range from 15 litres a minute to 330 litres a minute. -

Skid mounted waterjetting machines
Skid mounted waterjetting machines can be designed to your specification and manufactured to comply with Rig-Safe, BP-200, OCMA-MEC-1 or DNV standards.
All of our skid mount jetting units include anti-vibration mounts, water filters, boost pump and control panels. Truck mounted water jetting machines
Our truck mounted water jetting units can be fully customised to suit your needs. The trucks come with a curtain side or a rigid container mounted on the back of the vehicle. Our truck units also come with a 1,000 to 9,000 litre capicity water tank and racks for mounting UHP hoses and waterjetting accessories.

Heat exchanger Cleaning & Removal Machines
Heat Exchangers are important and common components of the Oil, Chemical, Power and Food Industries. Economic aspects and quality requirements demand very well cleaned Heat Exchangers. The method of cleaning Heat Exchangers with High and Ultra High Pressure Water Jetting is becoming more popular due to economic, environmental and energy related aspects.
- The Kid Extractors are a range of Diesel or Electric hydraulic Shell Side Bundle Pullers that extract and remove Tube Banks up to 10 metres long from the Heat Exchanger Shell.
- Once removed the Tube Bundle can be lowered onto adjustable speed revolving Hydraulic Rollers.
- The Autojet-390 then travels horizontally along the Shell Side and three large water jets producing up to 1,379 bar @ 210 l-min removes all of the contaminated materials.
- Our twin to Five Lance System then removes the toughest of materials from the tubes using pressures from 1,000 to 2,800 bar.
- The 2,800 bar twin rotary lance can be used in horizontal or vertical positions.
- When using a single hose and jet for cleaning tubes we recommend that you use for Safety our RV8-28 which is a safety device that clamps to the side of the tube bundle and prevents the Water Jet from coming back and hitting the operator.
