Barbados Contract for Aqua Energy
Hydroclean and Lagan Holdings of Northern Ireland won a contract to renew Bridgetown Harbour in Barbados. The two year project is to replace most of the existing harbour and to remove approximately 2,000 cubic metres of concrete above and underwater. Aqua Energy won the order against stiff opposition and have supplied two DS-150-CF, 20,300 psi (1,400 bar) fully Skid Mounted Machines with full Offshore Crash Frames. Since installing the machines Hydroclean and Lagans have been given additional work resulting in two more orders for Aqua Energy.
