Model ES-220-C, Fully Silenced

The ES-220-C is a fully covered, fully sound proofed 164 Kw (220 horsepower) electric motor driven high pressure hydroblasting unit.

The ultra high pressure pump produces 2,800 bar @ 27.00 l/min (40,000 psi @ 7.10 gpm) and was specifically designed for cutting and removing very hard materials out of blocked heat exchanger tubes.

It is superb for removing marine growth, paint and anti-fowling in shipyards and othe industries where electricity is not a problem.

For marine applications the ultra high pressure pump is supplied with a hand held gun (Dump or Pneumatic Type) and different nozzles that rotate at speeds from 1,000 rpm up to 6,000 rpm. For faster production and a cleaner work surface these is the option of our 9" wide hand held wall climber with balance tool and our 9" wide deck tool.  

• The wall climber tool and the deck cleaning tool both have three inch (3") ports to vacuum the used water and the old paint, rust and antifouling away from the work surface.

Model ES-220-CF, Crash Framed

The ES-220-CF is a crash framed, 164 Kw (220 horsepower), electric motor driven ultra high pressure hydroblasting unit.

The ultra high pressure pump produces 2,800 bar @ 27.00 l/min (40,000 psi @ 7.10 gpm) and was specifically designed for cutting and removing very hard deposits out of blocked heat exchanger tubes.

Model ES-220, Skid Mounted

The ES-220 is a 164 Kw (220 horsepower) pump that has a wide varieties of pressures and flows ranging from 380 bar @ 231.00 l/min up to 2800 bar @ 27.00 l/min. 

The most popular version is 2800 bar @ 27.00 l/min or 2,000 bar @ 43.00 l/min.

The ES-220 is a firm favourite for removing concrete in concrete batching plants, cleaning blocked tubes in heat exchnagers of condensers, removing paint overspray in car, truck and paint booths. 

The model shown is a firm favourite for the pipe cleaning industries where box and pins on tubulars need to be cleaned to a white metal finish before NDT inspection.

  Model ES-180, Skid Mounted

The ES-180 is a 134 Kw (180 horsepower) high pressure pump and with conversion kits it can produce a wide variety of pressures and flow from 700 bar @ 96.00 l/min up to 1,500 bar @ 43.00 l/min.

Another feature of the ES-180 is that it can easily be converted to operate at 2800 bar @ 24.00 l/min.

The ES-180 especially with the crash frame is ideal for working inside shipyards, batching plants, power stations etc for a wide variety of cleaning projects.

Model ES-100, Skid Mounted

The ES-100 is a 75Kw (100 horsepower) low pressure pump.  

It is used for flushing and clearing large pipes in paper mills, abattoirs and other industries where clogged pipes are a constant problem.

The ES-100 chassis can be supplied galvanised for harsh environments.

The 800 litre water storage tank is galvanised or stainless steel.

The ES-100 shown was designed to robotically clean fin fans in a confined space inside large water coolers.

• The ES-100 can also be supplied with pressures up to 3,500 bar working pressure.
• The pump is supplied with different rpm gearboxes or it can be supplied with a clutch and belt drive.

Model ES-50, Skid Mounted

A small 50 horsepower (37Kw) but very powerful high pressure pump unit.  

The ES-50 is normally used for cleaning tools and equipment inside factories that don't have a lot of power but where the customer requires very high pressures.

The chassis is galvanised for harsh environments.

The high pressure pump shown was designed to produces 1500 bar @ 12.50 l/min for a military project.

Model EC-180, Containerised

The EC-180 is a 134Kw (180 horsepower) or our 220 horsepower (164Kw) electric driven ultra high pump installed inside a 10' foot or 20' foot heated container with 220 volt or 110 volt IP-65 lights and power points.

The model shown produces 2,800 bar @ 24.00 l/min (40,000 psi @ 6.31 gpm) and was supplied to clean drill pipe, box and pins to a white metal finish to allow NDT inspection.

The EC-180 is ideal for paint removal onboard ships, in dry docks or car plant spray booths. 

The EC-180 / EC-220 is also a favourite inside power and desalination plants for cleaning and unblocking heat exchanger and condenser tubes.

Model ET-100, Trolley Mounted

The model shown is a 75Kw (100 horsepower) pump mounted on an in-plant trolley with a galavanised frame for harsh middle east environments. 

The ETI-100 was designed to clean small 10mm to 12mm ID heat exchanger and condensor tubes in power stations and desalination plants.

The high pressure pump for this application is 1500 bar @ 26.00 l/min with the option to convert the pump to produce 2,800 bar @ 15.00 l/min.
