Aqua Energy offer a large range of High Pressure Water Jetting Pumps (Hydrobalsting Pumps) from 25 horsepower up to 500 horsepower with pressures ranging from 100 bar up to 3,500 bar (1,450 psi to 50,750 psi).

• The pump shown is our 300 horsepower and 450 horspower model that can be supplied in horizontal or vertical position.
• The pressures and flow of the 300 horsepower high pressure pump range from 190 bar @ 620 l/min up to 1500 bar @ 75.00 l/min. 
• The 450 horsepower pump produces 190 bar @ 895.00 l/min up to 1500 bar @ 108.00 l/min. 

• All of our high pressure pumps are supplied with gearboxes to suit any electric motor, any diesel engine or hydraulic motors.
• As an option the pumps can be supplied belt or clutch driven to suit the customers application.

Model DL-300 Pump, Ultra High Pressure Pump

The DL-300 Ultra High Pressure Pump is one of the most powerful water jet pumps on the market.

It offers the customer a huge choice of pressures and flows of the following at 1800 rpm:

3,000 bar @ 51.00 l/min   (43,000 psi @ 13.50 gpm)

2,600 bar @ 63.00 l/min   (37,000 psi @ 16.60 gpm)

2,150 bar @ 76.00 l/min   (31,000 psi @ 20.10 gpm)

1,800 bar @ 90.00 l/min   (26,000 psi @ 24.00 gpm)

1,550 bar @ 106.00 l/min (22,000 psi @ 28.10 gpm)

Conversions normally take approximately one hour and can easily be done at the project location.

Model DL-200 & DL-210, Ultra High Pressure Pump

The DL-200 and DL 210 is an ultra high pressure pump that is supplied in two formats.

1. 2,800 bar @ 27.00 l/min (40,000 psi @ 07.10 gpm) 
2. 2,000 bar @ 43.00 l/min (29,000 psi @ 11.31 gpm)

The pump has internal reduction gearboxes for 1500 rpm, 1800 rpm or 2,000 rpm.

Conversions to the higher or lower pressure / flow can be done at the work site in approximately one hour.

• Pressure and flow are theoretical and based on 100% efficiency.

Model DL-180, Ultra High Pressure Pump

The DL-180 is a 2800 bar @ 24.00 pump with a 1500 or 1800 rpm gearbox.

The 2800 bar pressure is used for removing all sorts of coatings including white and yellow road marking, Hull and deck pain stripping with our hand held guns, wall climbers and deck cleaners. 

This pressure and flow is also ideal for removing very hard deposits from heat exchanger tubes from 10mm ID up to 25mm inside diamater.

• Pessure and flow is theortical and assuming 100% efficiency. 

Model DL-100, Ultra High Pressure Pump

The DL-100 is the smallest of our Ultra High Pressure Pumps.

The pump is supplied with three different gearboxes 1,500 rpm, 1,800 rpm or 2,200 rpm

The most common pressures and flows are as followes.

3,450 bar @ 12.00 l/min (50,000 psi @ 3.15 gpm)

2,800 bar @ 14.70 l/min (40,000 psi @ 3.90 gpm)

2,000 bar @ 21,40 l/min (29,000 psi @ 5.60 gpm)

1,500 bar @ 26.00 l/min (21,750 psi @ 6.90 gpm) 

This pump operating at 2,800 bar is ideal for spot blasting steel structures and onboard ships while the ship is at sea.

It is superb for cutting and clearing very hard deposits from small 10mm ID up to 20mm ID condenser and heat exchanger tubes.

This Ultra High Pressure Pump in conjunction with our abrasive sand head and abrasive hopper produce a new SA-2.5 profile where the original profile has worn away.

Model DL-180, High Pressure Pump

The DL-180 pump is supplied with choice of two internal gear boxes.

1500 rpm is suitable for electric motors and the 1800 rpm version is suitable for most diesel engines.

This high pressure pump offeres the customers a wide range of pressures and flow from the following:

1,500 bar @ 43.00 l/min (21,750 psi @ 11.40 gpm)

1,300 bar @ 52.00 l/min (18,850 psi @ 13.70 gpm)

1,100 bar @ 62.00 l/min (15,950 psi @ 16.40 gpm)

   900 bar @ 73.00 l/min (13,050 psi @ 19.30 gpm)

   800 bar @ 84.00 l/min (11,600 psi @ 22.30 gpm)

   700 bar @ 96.00 l/min (10,150 psi @ 25.40 gpm)

The DL-180 pump if required can be converted to 2,800 bar @ 24.00 l/min (40,000 psi @ 6.31 gpm).

Model DL-100, High Pressure Pump

The DL-100 medium pressure pump is supplied with three different gearboxes or it can be belt driven, 1,500 rpm, 1,800 rpm or 2,200 rpm.

The pressures range from 500 bar @ 76.00 l/min up to 1,500 bar @ 26.00 l/min.

Model DL-75, High Pressure Pump

The DL-75 is a 75 horsepower pump that produces the following two pressures and water flows.

• 1,100 bar @ 28.00 l/min (15,950 psi @ 7.40 gpm)
• 1,500 bar @ 20.00 l/min (21,750 psi @ 5.30 gpm)

A very powerful compact pump that is ideal for washing small boats, ships, heavy plant, cleaning small heat exchanger and condenser tubes and many more different applications.

Model DL-50, High Pressure Pump

The DL-50 pump is supplied in three different pressure versions.

- Low pressure from 110 bar @ 170.00 l/min up to 210 bar @ 93.00 l/min.

Great pump for cleaning pipes, drains, sewers etc.  

- Medium pressure from 280 bar @ 74.00 l/min up to 600 bar @ 30.00 l/min.

Ideal for cleaning pipes, condenser tubes, boats, concrete, heavy plant and many more.

- High pressure from 800 bar @ 23.00 l/min up to 1,500 bar @ 12.50 l/min.

  Ideal for cleaning small 10mm to 17mm inside diameter heat exchanger and condensor tubes.  

The pump can be supplied without a gearbox to be belt driven or with a gearbox and different speeds.
